Delete your Ailurn account

This page is for Ailurn, the AI course builder from Ailurn, Inc. Use it to request that your account and associated data be deleted from the Ailurn website and mobile apps.

How to request deletion

In the Ailurn app on iOS or Android, open Account and tap Delete account. Confirm to delete the account immediately.
On the web, sign in and use the button below. Deletion finishes on this page.

Checking your account…

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@ailurn.com from the address on the account with the subject Ailurn account deletion request. That backup is only for accounts you can no longer open. Signed-in deletion does not require email.

Data we delete

When we complete your request, we delete:

Account data: name, email, and profile details
Courses, lessons, quizzes, flashcards, planner chats, and uploads on the account
Learner memory and study progress
Sign-in sessions and authentication tokens
Public Explore listings you published. Copies other people already forked stay on their accounts

Data we keep

Billing and tax records required by law (for example invoices processed by our payment provider). We keep these only as long as the law requires, typically up to 7 years, and not for marketing
Short-lived backups, overwritten on the normal backup cycle (usually within 30 days)
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
Records we must keep to handle the deletion request, prevent abuse, or comply with a legal hold

Deleting Ailurn does not delete the Google or Apple account you used to sign in, and it does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel a store subscription in that store's subscription settings.
